Profile : Our Associate
Attorneys
Our
associate attorneys are responsible for reviewing and approving
all loan files and work product of the firm, title insurance
commitments, and survey plats before release of closing documents
to settlement agents and for counseling our clients each working
day by telephone conferencing or e-mail to resolve related regulatory
compliance, title, and closing issues that arise. Each of our
associates is assigned primary responsibility for the legal
work of particular clients and confers with, and is supported
by, our principal attorneys.
| Aaron Polasek,
Senior Associate, was graduated from the South Texas College
of Law (J.D. 1999), after undergraduate studies at Austin
College (B.A. 1995). He interned with the firm for two
years while completing his law studies and has been employed
as an associate since his 1999 graduation. He is Board
Certified in Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas
Board of Legal Specialization, and is a member of the
State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association (including
the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section), the
Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Houston
Mortgage Bankers Association.

| Sally
Seraj was graduated from the South
Texas College of Law (J.D. 2001) after undergraduate studies
at Kent State University (B.A. 1981) and graduate studies
at the University of Houston (M.A. 1993). She is a member
of the State Bar of Texas.
