Our
document specialists and closers are recruited from the
ranks of the mortgage lending, title insurance, and mortgage
insurance industries and selected for their industry knowledge
and experience, general capabilities, and personal commitment
to service. Each of our clients is assigned an attorney
primarily responsible for its account and adequate professional
staff and firm resources to assure that our high standards
of performance are met. Our support staff is organized
into teams, each assigned primary day-to-day responsibility
for the document production for one or more of our clients
and cross-trained to assure the availability of adequate
staff familiar with each client's particular needs at
all times. Our staff services are managed by Lou Ann Davis,
Operations Manager, an industry pro with over 25 years
of experience in the underwriting, documentation, and
closing of home mortgage loans.
