Our document specialists and closers are recruited from the ranks of the mortgage lending, title insurance, and mortgage insurance industries and selected for their industry knowledge and experience, general capabilities, and personal commitment to client service, which has been the key to long-term retention of our clients. Each of our clients is assigned an attorney primarily responsible for its account and adequate professional staff and firm resources to assure that our high standards of performance are met.
Our support staff is organized into teams, each assigned primary day-to-day responsibility for the document production for one or more of our clients and cross-trained to assure the availability of adequate staff familiar with each client's particular needs at all times.
Our staff services are managed by Rachel Sorola, Operations Manager, who has been with the firm since 2003. During Rachel’s years of service to our clients, she has worked in every facet of the firm’s operations, from administrative, to on-site, and now Operations Manager.
